Allergy Information

Here are some helpful hints to keep in mind when visiting a Karmelkorn® Shoppe, or when ordering some of our products:

• Always tell the Shoppe manager if you have a food allergy, and ask to see the ingredient listing for the product you’d like to purchase.
• Know that nuts are used in many Karmelkorn® treats, and that they can sometimes (inadvertently) find their way into our other products as well.
• If you have a special order or wish to have an ingredient left out of a product, please repeat your request a second time to the employee, just to make sure.
• Our Shoppes are very busy and “cross-contamination” may occur between ingredients. Thus a 100% confidence level cannot be guaranteed. It is important that you ask your local Karmelkorn® Shoppe for an ingredient listing of the specific item in question and make sure you clearly communicate your special needs.
